As a mother of a 9-year-old boy and a graduate in law, finance, and political science (Master’s in Law from University Paris II and Finance and Economy from Sciences Po de Paris), my journey into understanding ADHD has been both personal and professional. After years of dedicated research, hands-on experience, and completing certified ADHD courses in both the UK and France, I have developed practical solutions that can benefit families, caregivers, and educators alike.
